Ashfords Conveyancing
Ashfords' conveyancing team believe that being friendly and approachable is as important as being competent and professional. Whether our clients are buying and/or selling a property, we want them to have a clear understanding of what is going on throughout the process. To ensure the prompt completion of the transaction, we keep in regular contact with all parties who have an interest in the sale/purchase and promise to communicate in plain English, avoiding jargon. As a result of the ongoing training of our staff and development of market leading technology, we are able to deliver a high quality, efficient and cost-effective service, which can be tailored to the specific needs of clients and introducers.
We offer:
· A specialist and personal service - We are 100% committed to client service. When a client instructs us, we appoint a specialist conveyancer who, together with a small-dedicated team, will look after the client's transaction from beginning to end. The teams handle only conveyancing and are specialists in this field.
· A relationship to suit the individual client/introducer - We agree up-front with our clients and introducers a method of communication that works best for them, whether that be e-mail, post, fax, telephone or even text message. This means that clients will not have to take time out to visit us during the process, unless of course they wish to.
· Clear reporting - We use a specially designed IT case management system and dedicated customer service representatives to provide our clients and other interested parties with updates when requested and/or at the key stages of the transaction. We also keep clients informed of any changes in circumstances, which may affect their decision to proceed with the transaction. With the support of dedicated operations and IT teams we are able to tailor the system to provide almost any type of report that a client/introducer may require.
· Transparent fee structures - At the start of the transaction, we provide our clients/introducers with a competitive quote, setting out details of all of the costs they will incur (including those we will incur with other parties on their behalf) so clients can budget properly for their sale/purchase.
